WELCOME TO DIPLOMA PROGRAMME*
Empowering Academic Excellence with the IB Diploma
We are thrilled to announce that our school is in the consultancy phase for the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP), preparing for its launch in August 2026.
A Pathway to Global Universities
The IB Diploma Programme (DP) is a rigorous and balanced academic curriculum that fosters critical thinking, research, and intellectual curiosity. Designed for highly motivated students, the DP provides:
- Broad & Deep Learning – Six subject groups, including Sciences, Humanities, Mathematics, and the Arts, with personalised course choices.
- Core IB Experiences – The Theory of Knowledge (TOK) course, Extended Essay (EE) research project, and Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) ensure holistic development.
- Global University Recognition – A passport to the world’s top universities, equipping students with research, time management, and leadership skills.
Preparing for the Future
We are excited to launch the IB Diploma Programme at WAA in 2026, empowering students through academic rigour, inquiry, and international-mindedness. Our faculty is undertaking extensive IB training to ensure exceptional teaching and learning standards.
Stay tuned for updates as we progress toward official authorisation and prepare to welcome our first DP cohort.
